Hello Mr. John,

We ended the business for the year on the 23rd of December and I wish to say a big "Thank You" to everyone at Oldeworld. Originally a paint making company, we were really surprised that the sale and installation of the stones we made from your molds amounted to almost 25% of our annual income!!  It was also amazing that we have only marketed our stone veneers haflheartedly in 1 state while our paint sells in 3.  This is also as a result of starting medestly, which is good because we made some mistakes that we learned from.  Our stones are now properly vibrated and cured (at least 14 days) while we keep a strict ratio of water to cement and cement to pigment.  We also plan, as from February next year, to seal all our stones with siloxane (stone cote) sealants.  We believe we are good to go.

We are fully convinced that the demand for stone veneer in Nigeria is huge and competition is still low.  We intend to take our stone veneer business up a notch in 2015.  Most of our sales came from ledge stones and castle stones but we fully agree that antique brick slips offers us an opportunity to mass produce, crate, and distribute just the way tiles are distributed.  Moreover, brick slips seem to be coming back and the combinations one can achieve with it seems to be endless.  We have created more than 20 unique designs of which the favorite is our stained series.
